Our Story

Keystone Support Services, LLC was founded on the belief that dignity and choice are the cornerstones of a meaningful life. With over 25 years of dedicated human services experience, we have built a legacy of listening first and respecting the unique paths individuals choose to walk.

Our philosophy is rooted in empowerment. We work alongside individuals and families to navigate complex systems with integrity, identifying strengths and connecting to resources that foster stability and independence. We are committed to providing the support you deserve to live your best life.

Regina Sherman, BSW, MHS
Doctoral Candidate: Human Services Administration

Regina Sherman brings over two and a half decades of heartfelt public service to her role as the leader of Keystone Support Services, LLC. Throughout her distinguished career, she has remained a steadfast advocate for person-centered care and community empowerment. Her career started in Mental Health Targeted Case management which lead her into Child Welfare where she earned leadership roles at the Florida Department of Children & Families Investigations Unit  in Miami and Jacksonville.  In 2017, she branched out to serve people with Intellectual and developmental disabilities as a Waiver Support Coordinator and contracted with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities as a Qualified Organization from 2020 to 2025. 

 

Regina possesses a wealth of experience in managing complex human services systems. As a Certified Behavioral Health Case Management Supervisor, she offers expert navigation for families dealing with severe mental illness and other life challenges. Her professional journey is defined by a deep commitment to social welfare and a leadership style that prioritizes dignity, respect and informed choice. Regina is dedicated to ensuring that every individual she serves has the necessary resources to foster a life of stability, independence, and lasting success.
